1. Engineer/Senior Engineer – BESS

Open Positions: 2
Location: Banaskantha (Gujarat) & Dholera (Gujarat)
Qualification: B.Tech – Electrical
Experience: 3–7 years in electrical/BESS/solar project execution

Role Overview:

Execution of BESS Projects on-site.
Supervision of erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of battery systems and related electrical works.
Coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
Preferred knowledge: energy storage technologies, LT/HT systems, SCADA.

2. Manager – BESS

Location: Banaskantha (Gujarat) & Dholera (Gujarat)
Qualification: B.Tech – Electrical
Experience: 8–12 years in energy/solar/BESS project execution & coordination

Role Overview:

Lead BESS project planning and execution.
Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and client communication.
Ensure project delivery on time, within cost, and according to technical specifications.
Strong knowledge of battery storage, hybrid solar integration, and control systems.

3. O&M Head – (AGM/DGM)

Location: Jodhpur
Experience: 10+ years in large-scale solar EPC projects

Role Overview:

Lead execution and operations across multiple solar project sites.
Maintain quality, safety standards, and control project budgets.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills required.

4. O&M Head – (GM/CGM)

Location: Jaipur (Head Office)
Experience: 12+ years in Solar Power Plant O&M

Role Overview:

Oversee PAN India solar asset operations and maintenance.
Ensure maximum uptime and plant efficiency.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Manage O&M teams, vendors, and performance analytics.

5. Billing & Collection Engineers

Open Positions: 4
Locations: Jodhpur & Bikaner
Experience: 2–5 years in project billing and client coordination (solar sector preferred)

Role Overview:

Prepare RA Bills, track invoices, and manage billing documentation.
Follow up with clients for payments and certification.
Coordinate with site teams and head office for billing processes.

6. Billing & Collection Head – (Manager)

Location: Jaipur (Head Office)
Experience: 6–10 years in billing, invoicing, and client collection (solar sector)

Role Overview:

Lead billing and collection operations from the Head Office.
Expertise in contractual billing, client account management, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
Coordinate cash flow alignment with project and finance teams.
